One to one support
Consistent, relationship-led sessions that give a young person space to be heard, understood and supported.

Children & young people
LifetrainUK provides tailored, trauma-informed support for children and young people navigating difficult experiences. We build trust first, then work together towards practical, meaningful change.

Relationship led practice
Behaviour is communication. Our work looks beneath what is happening on the surface and helps a young person make sense of emotions, experiences and choices without blame or unnecessary jargon.
Support is shaped around the individual and may focus on confidence, motivation, emotional wellbeing, relationships, behaviour, resilience or preparation for greater independence.
How we can help
Every young person's story is different. We agree the focus with the young person and the adults around them, keeping support clear, purposeful and responsive.
Consistent, relationship-led sessions that give a young person space to be heard, understood and supported.
Practical support to recognise emotions, build coping strategies and develop confidence through difficult periods.
Creative approaches that help adults connect with young people who feel stuck, withdrawn or difficult to reach.
Strengths-based work that helps young people understand themselves, recognise their abilities and move forward with hope.
Support with communication, trust, boundaries, conflict and the relationships that shape everyday life.
We work collaboratively with children and young people, carers, foster carers, adoptive families, children’s homes, schools, social workers and the wider professional network.
